Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 Tsp Cardamom
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • 0.75 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Medium Egg
  • 1 Cup Dates
  • 1 Cup Walnut


Directions

Sift together flour, baking powder, cardamom and salt. Set aside. Mix the butter, sugar and eggs well. Then add gradually to the dry mixture until a soft dough forms. Stir in dates and walnuts. Place in heaping teaspoons onto a cookies sheet about an inch apart. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve
